Salary: Rs. 15,000 - Rs. 30,000 a month + Lucrative Incentive
Job Type: Full Time - 9.30 am to 6.30 pm (2nd and Last Saturday Off)

Job Summary
Client Relationship Executive / Customer Support Representative Job Duties:

# Co-ordinating with client to ensure services are delivered to clients timely and with top quality.

# Suggesting Value-Added Services to clients & meeting planned individual sales targets.

# Maintaining relationships with clients by providing support, information, and guidance; researching and recommending new opportunities; recommending profit and service improvements.

# Organising meetings with clients & demonstrating and presenting services.

# Sending job reports to clients every month, performance report of website, SEO and other services taken by the client from Webpulse.

Eligibility Criteria: Required Education, Skills and Qualifications
# Excellent Communication Skills.
# A confident and determined approach.
# Resilience - and the ability to cope with rejection.
# Self-motivation and drive.
# Minimum Education: Undergraduate (12th Pass)
# Experience: 1 Year (Preferred), but freshers can also apply.

Language:
English and Hindi (Required)
